Things Needed:

1. Pen or pencil

2. Paper

Wring it Out:

Sit down and write whatever flows out of you until two pages are full. Don’t stop, and don’t analyze. Do this any time you need a bit of a shake up or reset. This gets your brain working and can help clear your mind.
